Lisa has been an attorney for 20 years, working both in traditional and non-traditional legal roles. As an attorney, effective writing and presentation skills has been key to many of her career successes.

Through her current corporate role, she is also a hiring manager, regularly interviewing candidates for professional, advanced degree positions. In 2009, she also became a certified coach, leveraging these skills to provide career coaching services in a global, corporate setting.

For the past 5 years, she has been writing resumes, coaching executives and leaders in a variety of industries on performance enrichment, career transitions, leadership development, and change management. She coaches clients toward feeling more empowered in their search for new opportunities, adapting to change, and presenting their best “self” in their current and future endeavors.

Lisa has also been very successful with providing comprehensive interview coaching services, from pre-interview preparation, the actual interview, and post-interview follow-up and negotiations. Through her dual career roles, she’s on top of job search strategies, interviewing trends, and has varied industry knowledge.


As a Professional Resume Writer, I ensure each client is 100% satisfied by providing high-quality service. I possess 8+ years identifying talent and reviewing resumes in 10 different fields and job grades.

My Professional Association of Resume Writers & Career Coaches (PAWR/CC) membership helps me deliver knowledge to my clients ensuring they feel confident with the multiple phases of career seeking. I am currently in the process of earning my certification as a Certified Resume Professional Writer (CPRW).

Beth is a talented and results-oriented Certified Professional Resume Writer. Her level of resume writing competency is diverse and include areas such as hospitality, healthcare, sales, marketing, design, architecture, and businesses for all professional levels. Beth takes great pride in developing original resumes and cover letters to enhance client’s ability to contribute to a company’s growth and success. She is a member in good standing of the Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches.

Prior to becoming a resume writer, Beth was the Director of an executive suite for 21 years. She oversaw the leasing of 26 offices and served a wide variety of high net-worth clients. She was responsible for all office operations including updating information technology, telephony, accounts payable and receivable, and a wide variety of secretarial services. She managed three long term employees and carried out all human resource functions.

She has been married for 40 years, enjoys living in a small town, and loves dogs.
